DULUTH, Minn. – As one of the newest members of the Minnesota National Guard, Spc. Uriel Rosario

Spc. Uriel Rosario, enlisted in the Minnesota National Guard in October 2023 and completed one station unit training at Fort Moore in 2024, where he received the Excellence in Armor award.
