Iowa National Guard Foundation

About the INGOA Foundation
The Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization focused on the professional and personal development of the next generation of National Guard leaders. The Foundation accomplishes this Mission by providing grants to junior officers, warrant officers, and enlisted members to attend the professional development curriculum at the INGOA and EANGI State Conferences and NGAUS and EANGUS National Conferences. Additionally, the Foundation provides financial support and advocacy for Iowa National Guard professional development events and initiatives.

Mission Statement
Support and improve readiness and capabilities of the Iowa National Guard by providing educational and professional development opportunities for Iowa National Guard personnel.

State Conference Grants
The Foundation provides grants to junior officers, warrant officers, and enlisted personnel to attend the Professional Development curriculum at the INGOA and EANGI State Conferences. A total of 28 grants were awarded for personnel to attend the 2024 INGOA and EANGI Conferences.

National Conference Grants
The Foundation provides grants to junior officers, warrant officers, and enlisted personnel to attend the Professional Development curriculum at the NGAUS and EANGUS National Conferences. A total of 9 Grants were awarded for the 2024 NGAUS and EANGUS Conferences.
