Active membership is open to all  officers in the Air and Army National Guard who are serving in a federally recognized capacity in the Iowa National Guard to include Title X Officers. All first year officers who were commissioned from ROTC, OCS and WOCS will receive a free complimentary membership for the remainder of the year they commission plus the first full calendar year after their commission.
